Qualification: Full Time MBA or Masters


Experience: 3- 8 years


Key Responsibility Areas: 


  • Manage everyday work activities and team for following activities in a combination of hands on role and supervisory:
  • Support customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
  • Handling backend MIS for client account activation & records
  • Managing CRM for sales team including maintaining targets
  • Coordinate and handle sales team queries
  • Web, Tele & Chat Customer support.
  • Monitoring the tele sales team for lead generation.
  • Maintain Updates regarding new sales, collections and renewals
  • Invoicing and maintenance of all records in company software
  • Proposal generation
  • Assist in marketing activities
