Urgent opening for Customer Support & Back-office
Qualification: Full Time MBA or Masters
Experience: 3- 8 years
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Manage everyday work activities and team for following activities in a combination of hands on role and supervisory:
- Support customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
- Handling backend MIS for client account activation & records
- Managing CRM for sales team including maintaining targets
- Coordinate and handle sales team queries
- Web, Tele & Chat Customer support.
- Monitoring the tele sales team for lead generation.
- Maintain Updates regarding new sales, collections and renewals
- Invoicing and maintenance of all records in company software
- Proposal generation
- Assist in marketing activities
