Candidates only should have Technical Knowledge of PC, Laptop. Good understanding of computer systems & other basic tech products.
Interface with Customers via Inbound for the purpose of resolving routine problems services like Internet, router, Switching, frequent disconnection, internet connectivity, speed issue
*Troubleshoot Customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, modem, router, switching etc.
Any Graduate Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing with 6 months Calling Experience.
BE/B. Tech Fresher are eligible.
Immediate joiner required.
