Job Description
Primary purpose of the position:
To handle calls in Inbound Environment and provide assistance to the customers according to defined scope of support
Essential duties / responsibilities of the position:
To provide assistance to the Delivery boys according to the defined scope of support;
- To provide excellent customer service;
- To complete the call as per process metric;
- To consult the supervisor in regards to any escalations;
- To attend all Briefing and De-briefing sessions
- To follow and uphold rules / regulations and company policies;
- To maintain Code of Conduct on the Production floor.
