- Handling baggage delay, tracing, claims, and compensation related Queries for customers travelling through Airlines.
- Handling tickets reservations and cancellations related Queries for international Airlines.
- Handling inbound calls and making upselling of products and services like hotel bookings, car rentals, etc.
Qualification:
- Graduate - Any Specialization
- PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
- Dropouts and Under Graduates with 6 months experience can only apply
- Freshers can also apply
- Candidates should be comfortable to work in 24*7 Shifts
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills
- Working Days – 5 days (24*7)
SALARY RANGE:
