Job Description:

  • Customer support for domestic airlines
  • Resolve customer queries through Email and Phone, by co-ordinating with Airlines and internal departments like finance, ticketing, marketing etc.

Salary Package: 18K CTC + Performance based Incentives + Night Shift Allowance + Employee Benefits

Competency Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Good knowledge of computers & internet
  • Willingness to work in 6 am – 10.30pm window (Any 9 hours)
  • 1 rotational weekly off
