Role and Responsibilities: 

Job description:

  • Effectively resolving customer support queries via call or ticketing tool
  • Creating / updating platform usage reports on a weekly and monthly basis and also sharing the same with respective client SPOC
  • Ensuring the highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions.
  • Creating easy to understand user manuals/FAQs and updating the same after each product updates
  • Responsible for creating required MIS reports for each client in Excel or PPT or Word file
  • Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
  • Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept, Sales, Marketing & the Management for query/ bug resolution
  • Supporting & conducting Auctions Events if needed
