Customer Support Executive
- Handling inbound and outbound (if required) calls.
- Resolving customer queries over a call.
- Should be okay with a rotational week off.
- Have to take up calls and effectively resolve queries.
- Must have multiple language knowledge like Gujarati/Hindi, Marathi/Hindi, Odiya/Hindi, Bengali/Hindi. South Language like Kannada/Tamil, Kannada/Telugu
