- Experience with eCommerce Backend Operation like listings, order processing
- Experience with Accounting Software like Tally & Busy
- Understand OMSGuru Platform Thoroughly
- Support our existing client queries via Web Chat, Phone, Email, Tickets
- Help New Client onboarding via Remote Screen Sharing
