Job Description
Responsibilities about this role:
- Providing top quality customer experience through call, email or chat support
- Create, Assign and Monitor orders to fleet workers
- Co-ordination with customers and fleet workers
- Handling customer escalation with utmost confidence
- Creating daily reports of the orders handled
Expectations from candidate:
- Excellent communication in kannada, English, Hindi with additional South Indian language will be an added advantage
- Flexible to work in rotational shift
- Comfortable to work in start-up environment
- Mostly preferred with immediate joiners
- Prior experience with automobile customer support, customer experience, inside sales, escalation handling background will be mostly preferred.
