Job Designation: Customer Support Executives

Aegis Bangalore is hiring Customer Support Associates for India’s Leading Digital Company.. A great Opportunity for Freshers and Under-Graduates.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Designation – Executive Operations (CSA)
  • CSA is required to take inbound calls related to Flipkart Sellers requests, queries and complaints.
  • Handle the queries and concerns of the Sellers.
  • Voice support.
  • Nature of calls are inbound.
  • Tagging the calls on the portal with details.   
  • Voice portfolios.
  • 6 days a week Operations, 1 Rotational off

Pre- Requisites:

  • Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 21-22 years of Age.
  • Graduates can apply.
  • Diploma (10+2+3).
  • 0- 1 Year customer service experience
  • Must have excellent (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication
  • skills with no MTI.
  • Should be flexible with rotational shift environment (Working Window- 9am to 9pm).
  • Fixed 9 hours shift.
  • No transport facilities are available.
  • CTC: Ranges between 18500 – 20500 pm
