Job Description
Job Details : Involved in Providing Voice Customer support to External End Users and External Commercial Account End Users 4G network support across India.
Handling inbound calls / emails / chats resolving technical and customer service issues for end users.
Proficient in Connectivity troubleshooting, 3G and 4G network issues.
Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and 4G smart phones options and troubleshooting.Eligibility : (0-3) years of experience with good technical skills and fluency in English, Hindi, kannada (or) English, Tamil, (or) English Malayalm (or) Only English, Hindi.
Any graduate BE/BTech/Bcom,BBM,Bsc,BA,BHM Freshers 2015 and 2016 with exp or freshers.

Current company's offer or appraisal letter (whichever is the latest)
Experience Letters from two most recent employers.
Last three months pay slips (with passwords, if any)
