- Provide inbound and outbound phone call support
- Provide support via chat
- Email support
- Generating sales leads and conversions
- Flexibility to work in different shifts
Critical required
skills -
- Any Graduate with Excellent spoken English communication
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to gel and work well within a team
- Freshers with good English communication skills may also apply.
- Experience - 0 - 1 years
- Working hours - 5 days per week
