Job Description

  • To act as a key-link between internal and external customers, ensuring files from each client are processed and returned within TAT.
  • Primary responsibility is to ensure files are routed/picked up by home based associates/partners in a timely fashion and have those returned back to client within stipulated TAT.
  • Responds to customer emails within 15 min of receipt of the email.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring file collection and ensure they are returned to the customer within the stipulated turn-around time.
  • Ensuring the files are processed without compromising the TAT and by meeting quality parameters.
  • Timely response to STAT requests/emails from the customer.
  • Gather information and report on available resource from Partner teams and plan the workflow accordingly.
  • Plan associate capacity versus volume received on a given day to ensure reports are delivered back to client as per expected TAT and carry no backlog.
  • Escalate to concerned team if the scheduled resource is not available as per the schedule
  • Escalate any anticipated TAT loss of more than 500 lines from any client due to spike or production to customer service or clients before end of the day.
  • Volume Update:  Circulate account-wise volume details twice in a day using a tracker reflecting volume versus spike information, capacity loss and TAT loss for the previous day.
  • Timely response and support to Associates' requests
  • Motivate Associates to process excess work for the day based on spike on volumes.
  • Inform/escalate unscheduled/uninformed Associate absenteeism. 
  • Maintain Associate login and log out trackers
  • Develop versatility to work across pools.
Key skills required:
  • Education: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
  • Experience: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
