- End to end issue resolution and follow up
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
- Provide information about products and services
- Take orders or assist customer in placing orders
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Research answers or solutions as needed
- Freshers/Experienced candidates in email/chat support process from a captive customer experience centers.
- Educational qualifications - Graduate in any discipline
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and week off’s
- Ability to work in a highly charged and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
