Job Description
Shift Timings : US Shift (Monday to Friday)
We have multiple openings for customer support roles for the various processes. Following are the details
Profile 1 ) Account Recievables Support Responsibilities:
- Process the daily bucket of invoices/freight bills allotted
- Verify paperwork's submitted by carriers for completeness, amount, fraud etc. via email/phone
- Pass the valid paperwork's and escalate invalid paperwork's
- Email/Upload/Fax the paperwork to Freight Brokers
- Follow-up with Freight brokers/customers via email/phone on the invoices for correctness of documents, expected dates and payments references
- Manage all Notes and workflows in the CRM
- Work in sync with the clients inhouse team and provide all the necessary support
- Supporting sales team in the documentation process of customers
- Tracking reports with the sales team and channel partners
- Coordinating with channel partners and delivering excellent customer experience
- Post-sales on-boarding activity management
- Track, route, redirect, and coordinate problems to correct resources.
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level
- Follow up with customers, see problems through to resolution & collect feedback.
Ultimately, you will help establish the firm’s reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales processes.
The Ideal candidate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Collections, Account Receivables, Account Payables (International process)
- Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal), Good troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Solution-Oriented-Approach and strong Problem-solving skills.
- Has the ability to work with others as a Team-Player in all conditions
- Is a hustler & can thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
