· Respond to customer enquiries in an inbound/outbound call centre environment.
· Strive towards first call resolution.
· Support international customers through inbound & outbound processes.
· Provide support and assistance over the telephone in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
· Make client feel that they have received the best service at all times.
· Possess good knowledge of the organisations products and processes.
· Maintain TAT for all calls
· Adhere to call scripts and Process policy/ procedures.
· Meet all performance standards set by the organisation.
