Salary(in Rupees): 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 Per/Year
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Handling incoming calls for Voice profiles.
- Responding to E-mails from customers for non-voice profiles.
- Handling Email communication with support functions· Customer relationship management.
- Good Listening skills.
- Problem solving ability.
