Job Description
- Handling incoming and outgoing support request calls.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
- Provide a walk through of the software platform to new customers.
- Maintaining relationships with the assigned clients.
- Maintaining and increasing the revenue through good support from the assigned customers.
- Act as a bridge between the customer and the internal team.
- Escalate service request wherever necessary.
