Job Description
Support our valued customers in successful rollout and implementation of our flagship product based solution in India. (Locations would be : Bangalore, Trichi,Hubli, Cochin)
Responsibilities:
As a customer support executive, you will: ·
- Thoroughly learn and understand our flagship product based solution ·
- Become expert in installation and configuration of our product at customer location ·
- Demonstrate the solution capability and features to our customers ·
- Train our customers in using our products in their day to day activities ·
- Follow up with our customers on regular basis to understand their issues and help them resolve the issues ·
- Create accurate status reports on a weekly basis and send it to the management ·
- Internally coordinate with technical development team to resolve the technical issues faced by our customers ·
- Regularly take back up of customer data and upgrade the new releases
- Carry out digitization process at customer locations
- Should maintaining and safe keep the scripts/document handed over by school for digitization
- Conduct online tests using test kits at customer locations
