Job Description
Roles & Responsibility:
- To handle Premium customer inbound calls & ensure the quality of service is delivered.
- Academic Qualification: Any Under graduate/Degree
- The candidate should have excellent communication in English along with any South Indian regional language skill (Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada/Telugu)
- The candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in Customer service segment with any sector
- Candidates has to be flexible to work in rotational shifts & willing to join immediate
- CTC: Up to 15000 Gross/month
