Job Description
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Maintaining healthy relationship with the existing vendors and generate new leads for vendor onboarding
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, were taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • English, Hindi fluency for customer support executive is mandatory
  • Note: No weekend off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be working day ),thus week off will provide from Monday to Thursday only.
