Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Bangalore
Required Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer support role. (not a BPO kind of support)
Education: Any graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer support for web based application
Attend to incoming calls/chats/emails pertaining to customer queries, understand the situation and provide apt resolution.
Undertake lead generation activities through tele calling/emailing activities, etc. to create a new prospect base for fostering the sales team.
Maintain the records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, suggestions, etc. and timely update the stakeholders for suitable actions.
Follow up with existing customers for updating internal data, required documents or information.
Proactively share the reports with the concerned team and follow up with a timely response.
Should be an effective web crawler for fetching information about existing as well as prospective customers.
Should be able to understand the product know-how and be able to explain the customers about the product usage, how-to, etc. through Telephone, Online Chat, Team Viewer, etc.
Ensure the high level of customer focus and customer satisfaction at all times.
Effective MIS updating, maintenance and reporting to ensure currency of the database.
