Walk-in interview for the position of Customer support Executive role for 2 months contract/Internship:
Process: Inbound / Social Media Process.
Job Description :
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good Listening skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem solving ability.
- Target orientated.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts in 24 x 7 environments.
- Door to door pick and drop will be provided for login and logout between 8 pm to 8 am.
- Need to work 6 days a week. Weekly day off can be on any day during the week.
