Job Description
We are Urgently hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints.
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Salary :15 K to 25 K (As per Market stranded,depend on your Interview ).
Office Time : 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
Fresher with Excellent English communication Skill & Experienced Candidate can apply for the position.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent English communication Skill Required
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support
- Knowledge of CRM systems.

Job Responsibility
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
