Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer user’s queries professionally to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as
- actions taken.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Cordinate with various departments to resolve user’s queries.
- Have a sound knowledge about the product Should be able to debug the product related issues by Cordinate with various departments
- Doing outbound calls for feedback and user related experience.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to interact and build a relation with clients with ease.
- Should be able to take up ownerships.
- Preferably a technical degree (BE/B.Tech)
