Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for
calling
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues,
product problems, and general client concerns. Provide appropriate solutions
and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using
the right methods/tools
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social
media.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism
with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Resolves product problems by clarifying the customer's
complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the
best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment;
following up to ensure resolution.
- Update customer information in the customer service database
during and after each call.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive
communication.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and
turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information
such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers
at all times.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer
service is being delivered.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
as needed.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product
knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
effectively
