Job Description
- Graduate/undergraduate with an overall minimum of 9 months to 3 years of work experience of working in an international contact centre in an inbound process (preferably BFSI process).
- Experience in email handling is an advantage. (Any Graduation / Diploma)
- Excellent communications skills – written and verbal for the English language and only verbal for the Hindi language.
- Ability to understand customers’ queries and grievances and provide appropriate resolution.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
- Candidate should be willing to work in rotating shifts. (9 AM to 6 PM & 10 AM to 7PM)
- Should be willing to work in rotating shifts and week offs (Working days: 6 days a week).
