Pitstop is looking for Customer Support Executive for Koramangala office.
Responsibilities:
Good at managing Customer Request & Service Management, act as Service Adviser
Should be able to identify the potential customer and understand needs
Upselling & Cross-selling of Services offered by the company
Requirements:
Should have knowledge of Excel, PPT, Mailing, Tele Calling
Should be fluent in English
Passionate and Self-driven Professionals with relevant work experience in Sales & Operations, Focused, and Responsible for Good Customer Experience & Presentable.
An added advantage for resources from the automotive domain.
A good listener and Problem Solving
Quick learner with Good communication skills
Capable of handling customer rejection.
Self-motivated and willing to work hard to exceed targets in an ever dynamic start-up environment
