- Work experience in Business Development, Sales or related positions
- Demonstrate results in meeting Business Development goals & specific business targets
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience using a CRM software to track and analyse business specific metrics
- Knowledge of the business development & sales process with the ability to understand and interpret specific needs using fact-finding to identify business opportunities
- Time and priority management skills necessary to complete work within established time-frames
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Deadline and results oriented, Enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed
