1. Providing service for Customer & Handling customers
2. Problem solving over phone and mails.
3. Generating reports from backend and sending to customer.
Candidate Requirement;
1. Good written and verbal communication Skills in English ,Kannada and Hindi is mandatory, additional language
2. Telephone manners of receiving calls, making calls and communication through mail are added advantage.
3. Prior experience of customer interaction (3-6 months in tele calling, customer service center-etc. – optional.
4. Quick learner, ready to work in shifts.
5. Experience on dealer management or automobile or heavy equipment industry will be added advantage.
