Job Description
- Responsible for providing service to the customers via (Hotline/Email/Chat/Social Media/Outbound) in order to solve the issues.
- Responsible for logging cases, collect customers' needs and feedback to system/statistics (Every visit has a case log).
- Responsible for escalating effective complaints and recording customers' information (Escalate to relevant departments in time and follow up the case until it is closed).
- Works assigned by higher level managements
