Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Handle all inbound customer calls
- Help customers make bookings through web/app / offline
- Co-ordinate with vendors for inventory management
- Ensure all bookings are completed by confirmation with vendor and customer
- Obtain feedback from customer
- Escalate any issues/concerns to Team Lead
- Co-ordinate with field executives for deliveries
- 12th pass or Graduate
- Some experience of call center or customer support
- Should have excellent command over English, Kannada and some knowledge of Hindi too
- Has basic knowledge of Bangalore localities
