Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
2. To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.
3. To categorize the prospective leads and pitch sales with them.
4. To Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
2. Candidates having experience in International Voice & Non-Voice Process will be preferred.
3. Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
