Job Title: CSR (Customer Service Representative) 
  • Develop relationships and communicate in a professional manner with customers
  • Outbound calling to our customers
  • Accurately input data onto computer systems
  • Educate customers on product information. 
  • Up sell by getting customers excited about new & existing products.
  • Seal the deal by using strong closing techniques.
  • Continue product education to provide exceptional service to customers 
  • Strong Outbound Sales background.
  • Strong Communication skills (Must speak fluent English).
  • Excellent organizational skills including follow up and follow through.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced call center operations environment
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude 
  • Ability to use computers, data entry and internet skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse work environment .
  • Experience of sales of online course. 
Educational/Training Requirements:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales (B2C preferred) 
  • 10+2 or a Degree completed candidate
