Job Description
Job Summary
- To contact and communicate effectively, efficiently and professionally with our customers to listen and help them with their queries/doubts and information required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To handle inbound calls.
- Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
- Experience in Domestic Voice would be preferred.
- Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquettes.
- 6 days working in a week.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Communicating in Hindi should be manageable.
- Working hours will be on the rotational shift between 1 pm till 12.30 am.
- Hindi language communication is a must.
