Job Description
- Need to attend to customer calls and emails
- Respond to
customer queries / requests / complaints.
- Follow-up with
customers.

- Have passed 10+2 grade
- Preferably must be a fresher.
- Have excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent communication Skills in English & Hindi
language
- Have a flair for promotion & ability to
convince/manage demanding customers.
- Knowledge of any other languages will be an added
advantage.
- Preferably stays in a location which is well connected to
the work site.
- Must be 18+Years old.

Currently, Voonik is the fastest growing fashion app in India, ahead of the likes of Fashionara and Limeroad, running closely at the heels of Craftsvilla, as of end of September.
Voonik was incubated by Microsoft Ventures and is funded by marquee investors like Sequoia and Seedfund. Voonik is backed by a strong team of alumni from ISB, XLRI, IIMs and IITs all contributing to the growth at breakneck speed.
