- Inbound/outbound voice process.
- Receiving call from client and solving their queries.
- Candidates are required to be energetic, patient, alert while speaking to client over phone.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Excellent Command over spoken and written english.
- Ability to smartly draft emails, being able to explain yourself creatively.
- Schooling from reputed english medium.
- Self motivated-able to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work in high pressure.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Qualification- Any graduate/Under graduate.
- Skills- Good communication skills in English ,Telugu and Hindi
