- Freshers or Experienced can be considered.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfacation.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information buy using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Strong phone contact handling skills.
- Exceptional analytical and listening skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adopt /respond to different types of customers.
- Keenness and flexibility to work extended hours and in rotational shifts.
- Any Degree / HSC with Good communication skills (English and Tamil).
- Note: Candidates with Technical qualification like BE / B.Tech, etc are not to be hired.
- Applicants should be located within 5 km radius from Chennai Egmore location.
