Job Description
- Desktop Installation, Troubleshooting and outlook configuration
- Patch updates, drivers installation, configure and enable services like FTP,SAMBA,SMTP,backup services, application services at desk/Low-end servers etc
- Networking concept (OSI,TCP/IP,Topology etc)
- Anti-Virus support at client site
- Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections
- Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
- Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
- Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
- Should be able to troubleshoot Desktop / Laptop related issues
