Job Description:
Customer Care Executives will provide online chat support to International customers.
Responsibilities:
§ Handling queries/complaints of customers and Coaches through inbound chat.
§ Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) while handling a customer’s issue
§ Ensure to provide highest rate customer satisfaction on each chat handled.
§ Achieve CSAT of 9.3 on a scale of 0-10.
§ Maintain Chat AHT of 315 sec
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
§ Qualifications: Requires a minimum of a Graduate/Under Grad
§ Experience: Min 6 months/1 Year experience required in any International Chat US Process
§ Age: 18 years onwards
Minimum Skills & Knowledge:
Technical Skills
· Ability to use company network and environments
· Ability to navigate web applications using internet explorer
· Basic level competence with Microsoft excel
Soft Skills
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise & accurate statements
· Good understanding of etiquette for written communications
Keyboarding Skills
· Minimum typing speed skills of 35 words per minute
Qualification
· Graduation or equivalent certificate from a recognized university
