- Candidates having fluency in domestic languages with good personality and understanding of customer service.
- Responsible for handling the calls in our Domestic Telecom Process, to provide an exceptional support and customer service to our Client.
- Excellent communication skills ( English and Hindi)
- Passionate about Sales
- Self-Motivated
- Goal Driven
- Open to Flexi shifts (Working any 9 hours between 10:00am to 21:00pm)
- Open to Working on weekends (6 days working with work offs only on weekdays)
- Proven sales experience
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
