Job Description
Customer Support Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface
between customers and the company. The employee must enjoy customer service
and answering incoming calls. He or she must have the ability to use various
computer programs; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the 10-key pad. The
employee must project a professional image through phone interaction. Must be
able to troubleshoot problems and provide answers to our client’s inquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive would be: Answer calls professionally to provide technical support services to the customers, provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Job Requirements: Good communications skills Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure Willingness to learn and grow with the position Willingness to work in rotational Shift & Week offs
Educational & Experience: UG - Any Discipline Fresher or Maximum 1-year experience Candidates with backlogs can also be considered
Other Requirements: Immediate Joining Willingness to work in night shift
