- Urgent Opening for Multi linguistic Voice Process
- Handling Inbound/Outbound Customer Calls.
- Clarifying Customer Queries, auctioning customer request and handling complaints.
- Being Productive and adhering to call quality parameters
- Undergoing refresher training on a regular basis
- Qualification: HSC/Diploma/UG/PG degree
- Exposure to Computer - Basic System Knowledge.
- Good in Hindi/Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu and English.
- Good Typing Speed(Optional).
- Fresher/Experience in Call Centre process
