Required Skills:
- Good Communication Skills
- Fluency in English is required, should be able to frame grammatically correct sentence in English
- Any Graduate can apply
- Minimum 6 months into Voice/Email & Chat process preferred. (Freshers can do)
- Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi (Anyone Language)
- Role will involve providing quality services and resolve concerns efficiently and proficiently.
- Agents will be providing customer services to domestic customers, primarily over chat but could be required to provide email and phone support too.
- A helpful and patient personality is desired. (Inbound Customer Service)
A quick thinker with a knack to handle situations effectively is desired.
Ready to work in rotational shifts & rotational off.
Immediate joiners preferred.
