- Answer phones and respond to customer requests
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for)
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and applications
- Follow-up on customer inquiries, if not immediately resolved
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge Computer Literacy
- Good speed and accuracy in Typing
- Typing Skill: 20 wpm with 85% accuracy
- For females Day Shift
- For males Rotational shift
- Salary: 15000 to 17000
- Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced
