Job Description:To take inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Handle email queries, when needed.
To maintain TAT in resolving queries as per internal process.
Daily reporting and call tracking.
Maintain call quality as per company standards.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Familiar in Call Etiquette.

Language Required:Hindi, Hindi with Kannada, Hindi With Malayalam, Hindi With Telugu.

Shift Timing:

Female Candidate - Day Shift [9.30am - 6.30am]

Male Candidate :Rotational Shift

Age Criteria:18-35yrs
