- Designation: Customer Support Executive.

- To take inbound calls and resolve customer queries(Getting queries regarding re issue, re cancellation, refunds).
- Handle email queries, when needed.
- To maintain TAT in resolving queries as per internal process.
- Daily reporting and call tracking.
- Maintain call quality as per company standards.
- Immediate Joiners is preferable
