Job Description
- Summary: We are looking for customer support executives who can patiently resolve our clients queries.
- Place of Work: Chennai
- Contract: 3 years
Job Role:
- To act as customer support executive for an examination project.
- You will be entrusted to resolve the exam registration related queries in coordination with exam administrators.
Skills Required:
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- Basic knowledge on Online Registration and Application Process
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Post Graduate NOT Required)
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs (Preferably Female Candidates)
Work Timing: 10.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M (Holiday as per Tamil Nadu Government Calendar Norms)
Note: During Examination Days, work timing may go up-to at 7.00 PM
