Job Description
We have immediate openings for Customer support executive
- Job Location: AlwarpetExperience: 0 to 1 years of Experience
- Eligibility Languages: Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam
- Minimum HSC to Graduation (Any stream), Diplomas & post graduates, Age less than 30.Fresher’s / ExperiencedShift Details: Operational Window: Rotational shift (7 am to 11 pm); process to process it will differ.
- For female candidates the shifts are restricted till 6am- 8pmShift Timings: 9 Hours Shift (8 Hours Login+1Hour Break) - Rotational (For Male Candidates ) Rotational between 5am- 8am (For Female Candidates)Week Off:
- One day Rotational Week Off (Monday to Sunday)Compensation: Salary: Rs.8000 Take Home to 11000 Take Home + Shift Allowance (Rs. 1000 to Rs.1500) if applicable.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Average phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively High school degree.
