The Candidate Should: (Female)

·         Have Ability and willingness to speak to customers and stakeholders to deliver results

·         Excellent customer service, exemplary attitude

·         Computer skills including Excel, Word and ability to learn internal systems

·         Ability to work effectively with others

·         Self-motivation and drive

·         Ability to work at a fast-pace and learn products, systems, and processes

·         Passion for a startup environment

·         Good communication skills

·         Customer Relationship Management

·         Identifying and assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction

·         Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions,

·         Manage key operational metrics on Service delivery, TAT management.

·         In case of a complaint, communicate the end resolution to the customer via email and carry out other necessary activities in coordination with other departments

·         Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

·         Take the extra mile to engage customers

·         Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required

·         Managing Emails and resolving customer’s inquiries

·         Identifying and assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction

·         Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal

Minimum Qualification –

·         Excellent verbal and written English communications skills

·         Experience in a similar profile is a must

·         Bachelor’s degree is a must

·         Willing to learn new things and pro-activeness

·         Immediate joiners are preferred

·         Strong willingness to learn and adapt

·         Strong written and oral communication skills and an eye for good content

·         Independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient
